Official opening of the trails and the Eco-lodge in the Casamance Ecoparc !
Ecoparc is situated next to the village of Diembereng in Casamance, a beautiful seaside region in South Senegal. Casamance Ecoparc that’is :
•    32 hectares of a beautiful endemic littoral forest (64 football fields !)
•    45 botanic species, of which 8 under threat of extinction
•    157 bird species
•    2 eco-trails
•    Eco-lodge

Casamance Ecoparc is the result of collaboration between l’APES (Association pour la Protection de l’Environnement au Sénégal), ECOFUND e.V., EIFFAGE Senegal, EIFFAGE Foundation et the German Embassy.
Casamance Ecoparc is the first privately managed protected forest reserve in Senegal and the proof what passionate people can accomplish together!
